Shrpa is recruiting a Client Experience Superstar in Edinburgh to help support our clients around the world with their website and marketing needs. This role is a blend of customer support, basic website maintenance, and project management.

Here’s who you need to be:

To succeed in this role you’re going to have to be a self-starter, able to take initiatives, and really like working with people. You’ll need to understand client deadlines, manage multiple projects at the same time, and be able to communicate clearly with clients and partners in a professional, but friendly way. You’ll also need to be someone who already has a basic understanding of WordPress and CSS and is able to find technical solutions to common website issues as needed.

Shrpa have been building websites for our clients around the world for the last 8 years. We’re passionate about helping our clients with their technical needs, and we’re always looking for ways to make their online presence more effective. We’re currently in a transition stage as we move into more online marketing for our clients, so it’s a very exciting time to come on board as the opportunities are huge.
